Electra and Oedipus in the house
Couples in love mostly also want to increase their partnership or upgrade it with a child. The result or fruit of love is usually a child, whether planned or not.
A child in his earliest period of growing up or as an infant also often dictates his parents' time. He cries at every need and his parents tend to adapt to his needs as well. Very slowly, if the parents are well-instructed in child-rearing, they also try to teach him the schedule of his activities. And, of course, to coordinate their partner's time with the child's needs and, of course, other obligations.
In the later period of growing up, we can also observe the Elektra or Oedipus complex in the child. Elektra tries to replace her mother and take her position with her father. Oedipus, on the other hand, tries to replace his father and remove him from his position with his mother. Of course, in such a case, the parents have a big problem, how to explain to their child that he is only their child and how to explain to him their partnership and, of course, the time required to maintain the partnership.
To the extent that they miss this time for explanation and discussion and clarification of roles in the family or neglect it, the partners often simply distance themselves from each other and a void is created between them and they become only caretakers of the child.
