In today's everyday life, we encounter a series of regulations, ordinances and laws that also regulate the so-called real estate market, i.e. the market of houses, apartments, buildings, whether residential or not. All these regulations, the laws of the regulation, are written for orderliness, transparency, accuracy of the functioning of the real estate market and of course also the operation and maintenance of the building and, of course, its use. Debates about the legitimacy of the demand to use the Slovenian language in the territory of Slovenia flared up again. Some believe that working in Slovenia does not require knowledge of the Slovenian language. However, even those who want to work in Slovenia believe that they do not need knowledge of the Slovenian language. Even in practice, not only in theory, the official Slovenian language should be spoken in companies operating in Slovenia. Therefore, it is also a normal consequence that everyone who is employed in Slovenia should also understand and speak the Slovenian language. This is what the government insists on using the official Slovenian language in Slovenia. On the other hand some people thinks, the Slovene language means preventing the employment of foreign workers.  Our understanding of marriages or extramarital affairs is stuck in the sky. With sometimes as much as half the number of marriages that are then dissolved, our ideal of marriage and creating a family is definitely in ruins. Perhaps that is precisely why consultation with social work centers regarding child custody is mandatory for those who want to divorce and have children again in Slovenia before the divorce process. But I hope this doesn't mean that they can't start living on their own or separately.  Namely, couples with children cannot start the divorce procedure again without concluding an agreement on custody of the children.  We owners are more than careless, as we often allow the use of our property or even do not know who is using our surfaces. Of course, there are more and more such cases. And there are more and more users of our surfaces who invoke their rights as professional maintainers.  The law provides for the conclusion of contracts for the use of our areas.
