Of course, interpretations of the protection of migrants' rights are different. For most countries on a global scale, illegal border crossing is considered a crime. And here migrants who state that they are at risk in other countries and, of course, often also citizens of countries outside the alliances, should not be an exception. Most countries rely not only on a professional army to defend the country, but also on the military mobilization of their citizens in the event of a greater threat of war. In many countries, the duty to defend one's country is also among the constitutionally defined duties of their citizens.
